Free. In this workshop, writer and herbalist Clare Carroll will share the traditional Irish uses of mugwort as a medicinal plant and its significance in Irish folklore and spiritual practice. Through a Celtic lens, we will reflect on the role of dreamwork and honoring ancestral connection in contemporary life. The class will conclude with a short guided meditation.
