The Hounds of Finn – Maggie’s Farm Theater Barn Raiser Fundraiser
Maggie’s Farm Theater is thrilled to announce a special live performance by The Hounds of Finn (duo) on Friday, September 19 at 7:00 p.m., as part of a one-night-only fundraiser to support the theater’s Barn Raiser Campaign.
The Hounds of Finn are known for their high-energy folk-rock sound rooted in Celtic and American traditions. Their dynamic performances blend original songs, classic standards, and traditional Irish and Scottish tunes—seasoned with flavors of Americana, Bluegrass, and global folk influences.
The evening promises lively music, community connection, and an opportunity to help cultivate another season of immersive, intimate, professional theater in the West Metro. The concert will be held in Maggie’s Farm Theater’s beloved 48-seat jewel-box theatre, designed for up-close and soul-stirring performance experiences.
Tickets are pay-what-you-can, with a suggested donation of $40. All proceeds support Maggie’s Farm Theater’s Barn Raiser Campaign. Ticket link: https://www.maggiesfarmtheater.com/get-tickets/p/the-hounds-of-finn
Maggie’s Farm Theater is proudly located in the historic Lenox Community Center at 6715 Minnetonka Boulevard in St. Louis Park—a cornerstone of the neighborhood that will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2025. As the building marks a century of serving residents of all ages, Maggie’s Farm continues that legacy by offering live, local theater that brings people together. This shared space symbolizes the longevity of community-centered arts and the importance of investing in spaces that nurture creativity, connection, and culture for generations to come.
Why It Matters
In a time when many small arts organizations have gone dark, Maggie’s Farm Theater stands as a beacon of creativity, connection, and cultural life in St. Louis Park. It’s more than a theater—it’s a gathering place. A creative home. A spark for young artists, seasoned storytellers, and curious audiences alike.
Keeping a professional theater company in the heart of our community isn’t a luxury—it’s a vital investment in our shared humanity. When we support live, local theater, we nurture empathy, imagination, and joy. We give our neighbors something to gather around.
