The Stories They Tell: Ireland’s Famine Museums

April 17 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Free. In-person. The Stories They Tell: Ireland’s famine museums – in Dublin and Strokestown – are compelling stops for visitors. This class will spotlight the museums’ histories with photos and commentary from the academic coordinator of the Irish Heritage Trust which operates the National Famine Museum in Strokestown.

The free and in-person presentation is located in the education classroom across from the McKiernan Library. There is no elevator access to that floor.

Presented by CJAC’s Education Program and hosted by Jane Kennedy. This event is part of 2024 Irish Arts Week.
