Willowgreen: A Willowgreen Winter, Celtic Music for the Season

$15Duluth-based Willowgreen will perform “A Willowgreen Winter: Celtic Music for the Season” at 7:30 pm Saturday, Dec. 16 at Sacred Heart Music Center.
The seven-piece folk music group will stage traditional and contemporary holiday music from Ireland, Newfoundland, Scotland, Canada, U.S.A. and the rest of the Celtic music world. Their signature vocal style combined with instrumentation including harp, hammered dulcimer, bodhrán, guitars, button accordion, whistles and mandolin appeals to audiences of all ages.
Willowgreen has performed at many festivals and concert series throughout North America, including Milwaukee Irish Fest, Newfoundland and Labrador Folk Festival, Chicago Irish Fest, and Irish Fair of Minnesota.
